How do you find my eligible reimbursements

Hourglass Refund Services hunts errors, makes claims, and secures Amazon FBA reimbursements for you. For the most part, you simply have to wait, and you can review your account at any time.
We manually review to make sure nothing is missed. Once reimbursements have been issued, these will show up on the Case Management page.
What are your fees
If we do not complete a successful reimbursement , you owe us nothing! We charge 15% commission on the total of refunds recovered. We only take a percentage of cases for which our team provided the return (so you are not billed for auto-reimbursements Amazon makes).
Our rate is much lower than the average 25% commission other services charge.
What is your free trial
Hourglass Refund Services offers to create 20 claims for free so you can try out our service.
*No fee prior or after our free trial.
You just have to sit back and money will credit your bank account as these cases are resolved.
For which situations am I eligible for a reimbursement
Hourglass Refund Services calculates reimbursements for the following situations:

How far back does your system go
From the start date, our team will manually audit all of your storefront data from the last 18 months. This is the furthest Amazon’s FBA Reimbursement Policy will allow you to claim for discrepancies. Amazon has a limited 9-month window for inbound shipment claims.
What if I find and open a case myself
If you open a case on your own or get reimbursed by Amazon for any other reason, we will not charge you a percentage of those reimbursements.
We only take a fee for the reimbursements received as a result of our service finding the case.

Hourglass Refund Services currently support all 5 EU marketplaces, UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. We also cover the US, Canada and Mexico too.
What kind of access does Hourglass Refund Services need to my Amazon Account
Giving Access through Email
This allows access to Seller Central so that we can request permissions for specific activities like generating reports and opening cases for damaged missing and lost inventory.
As soon as the access is available we will be able to sign in to your Seller Central account and handle the FBA Reconciliation Cases.
